Electronic Recording for Land Court has Begun

We have begun the acceptance of live Land Court documents at the Plymouth County Registry of Deeds including sale transactions. While we began accepting Recorded Land documents in 2007, several changes in the Land Court statute and changes in technology have allowed us to bring this option forward for the convenience of authorized recording entities. The same rules and regulations that apply to Recorded Land apply to Registered Land, subject to Land Court guidelines.
