Plymouth County Real Estate Market Continues To Improve In 2013

Our December Register's Report sums up what we see as gradual improvements to the Plymouth County real estate market during 2013. In particular, the increase in the sale of property and the continuing decline in  foreclosure filings have strengthened our marketplace.

Property values across Plymouth County, as indicated by the increase in average sales prices for home sales in 2013, should stimulate our market somewhat by bringing more and more people out from being underwater with their mortgages.

The data provided in our December report provides a relatively positive conclusion to 2013 and sends a positive message for the new year. We are looking forward to continuing gradual improvements in the Plymouth County real estate market in 2014!
